POWERPOINT GIRLS
1. Click set up show button in the set up group to open set-up show dialog box.
2. In the show type section, you can tell powerpoint what type presentation you are going to make.
3. In the show option, you can get additional option.
4. In the show slide, you can control how many slide will be in the presentation.
5. If you wish to use automatic timing setting to advance presentation,then select advance slide section.
6. If you want to use presenter view, you need two monitors on your computer and extend desktop onto second monitor. Then select presenters view.
