insert A graph or chart

The simple way to add a CHART is to click on the CHART icon on the empty slide. By doing so, the same window will open and ask you which graph you want. But the difference is that once the graph is selected, the graph will appear centred in the slide.

Graphics are like pictures, they show in an easy and simple way what you would have to explain in 1000 words.

Step 1 - click the ICON SMARTART on an empty slide.

By doing so, the same window will open and ask you which SMARTART you want. But the difference is that once the Smartart is selected, the smartart will appear centered in the slide.

 The following window will open.

This window allows you to choose the type of SMARTART most suitable for your use.

It is best to visually browse and pick the one you like. Some will not be suitable, others will be perfect.

Step 1 - Go to the illustrations group under the Insert tab

Step 2 - Click on the Shapes dropdown to view the available shapes

Step 3 - Select the shape you want to insert. This will change the cursor to a + sign.

Step 4 − Click and drag on the slide to create the shape. As you drag, the shape will show up on the slide. Continue to drag and adjust the size and the symmetry of the shape
